Job Role: The engineer can work Queue hours and pick cases with the team. Cisco leads/team will assist with trainings and such to get them up to speed, however the candidate should already have a foundational understanding of the platforms noted below.Key Skills Required: AAA, ISE, RADIUS, TACACSThe Technical Consulting Engineer will have a working background in the Security domainShould have technical knowledge/experience of Working on features like NAT, ALG, HA, IDS/IPS Or working on AAA technologies like RADIUS, TACACS, DOT1X Or working on VPN technologies like IKEv1, IKEv2, PKI, SSL VPN, NHRP, GRE over IPsec, Remote Access VPN Clients, etcGood understanding of Cisco ISE architecture and policies along with R&S conceptsDeep understanding of OSI model & protocols like ARP, TCP, IP, DHCP, DNS, IPSEC, ISAKMPWorking knowledge of Wireshark & programming languages like PythonExperience in working in a Customer support environment with excellent customer handling skillsLogical problem-solving approach and analytical skillsMinimum qualificationBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineeringCisco Security Certifications (CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CCIE Security) would be an added advantageLinux, VMware knowledge would be a plusExperience in working on Cisco Products - IOS/IOS-XE routers, would be a plus
